It is very simple to shop at Bodegashop.com, just follow these five steps:
1) Place your chosen products in your cart
2) Continue to "The cart", (you must register as a customer, click on Register / Login) and pay
3) Arrange the transport of your products. Bodegashop.com recommends UPS (www.ups.com)
How do I change the content in my Cart?
In the Cart, you will find the products you have chosen, how many packages and price per packages. The total price on your order will be found in the bottom of the Cart.
If you want to change the content in your Cart, click on "Change".
If you want to remove a product from your Cart, change the quantity on that product to 0.
When you are satisfied, proceed to "Checkout"
How do I pay?
For the moment, we only accept credit card payment. The payment will be handled by our payment partner for Bodegashop.com, DebiTech.
DebiTech guaranties a swift and safe payment over the Internet.
This is how it works:
- When you pay, you will be linked over to DebiTech safe pay server. This server is highly cryptated.
- Choose type of credit card you want to pay with, (for the moment, we only accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard) sate your credit card number and valid through date.
- Your credit card and balance will be controlled.
- The money will be withdrawn from your account and you will receive a receipt from DebiTech and Bodegashop.com on your order. The receipt will be sent to your e-mailadress and shown on your display directly after you finished your payment.
- As we receive your payment, your ordered products will be packed and await shipping.
Is it much cheaper at Bodegashop.com?
Since Bodegashop.com is a Spanish company with headquarter in Alicante, Bodegashop.com pays Spanish alcohol taxes and Spanish VAT. So some of our products could be cheaper then you are use to, but our main mission is to offer good Spanish products and other foregin products to a good price.
Is it legal to buy and sell alcohol over the Internet?
Since we are a part of the European Union, the free trade agreement between member countries applies alcohol related products as well. So it is perfectly legal for a private person in one member state to buy from a company in other EU member state. Alcohol taxes and VAT will be paid in the origin country, in this case Spain.
NOTE: You must be 20 years or older to shop at Bodegashop.com.
Is it safe to leave my creditcard number when I buy?
The payment is handled by DebiTech (if you want to read more about DebiTech, please visit www.debitech.com) DebiTech guarantee a safe and swift payment for the customer. DebiTech are licensed by major banks in Europe. And your payment will be safely withdrawn from your account, protected by DebiTech Payment Gateway. Your credit card number will be sent by a highly cryptated Internet connection direct from your bank. Bodegashop.com, from whom you shop from, does not have access to any information concerning your Credit card, card number or bank account. How do I bring my products home??
Bodegashop.com do not arrange for transport and shipping of your bought products. We recommend shipping and transport companies to pick your products up at:
