CommentsHarvested in the early morning to maintain de grapes’ freshness. The grapes are quickly taken to the winery where they are pressed to extract the must. The must is then fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperatures for three weeks. After clarifying, the wine is stabilized and is filtered before bottling.
