Limpid and luminous amber colour. Good-sized, slow moving tears, characteristic of its maturity.



Very personal aroma, characteristic of a brandy rich in notes, with a clean background of aromatic oak taste.



Firm and dry, full-bodied. Its rich aroma reminds us by retro-olfaction of the balance between wood and the varietal aromas of the original wine. Very fine and long after-taste.



Perfect to match with some high quality coffees.
